Tanzanian music group Wagosi wa Kaya teams up with veteran Hip Hop artist Juma Nature on MPANGAJI, a song that highlights the challenges of living with a troublesome tenant. The artists use their storytelling style to describe the behavior of a tenant whose actions make life difficult for those around him.

MPANGAJI paints a picture of someone with poor habits who changes his behavior depending on the situation. “Ukimuona anarudi vitu vyote ficha chumbani, akishapata zake tungi umwaga matusi adharani.” Through the song, Wagosi wa Kaya and Juma Nature use humor and social commentary to portray the troublesome character of the tenant they are singing about.
